General Conditions of Sale – Euromove 2026
1. Purpose and definitions
These general conditions define the terms and conditions for booking and participating in the EUROMOVE 2026 trade fair (hereinafter “Euromove” or “the Trade Fair”).
Organizer: BreizhMove, in charge of the overall implementation of the event, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”.
Any request for registration or reservation of a participation offer implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.
2. Application for registration and acceptance
Only requests made using original documents sent by the Salon or online forms via the extranet are valid.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a request for participation, in particular if:
- the offer is complete,
- the organization is not up to date with its obligations,
- the application presents an organizational or image risk.
A refusal will be notified in writing and will result in a full refund of the amounts paid. If not notified, the request is deemed accepted and the reservation is final. The participant then becomes "the Client".
3. Billing and payment conditions
- Deposit of 30 % or full payment according to the conditions specified.
- Balance due no later than April 2, 2026.
- Payment by transfer.
Any delay will result in penalties of 1.5 times the legal interest rate after formal notice. In the event of non-payment in full before the Exhibition, the Organizer may freely dispose of the reservation without obligation to reimburse.
The reservation is nominative, non-transferable and inalienable, except with written agreement. Any subletting or advertising for a third party is prohibited.
4. Cancellation
- Cancellation before April 2, 2026: compensation of 50 %.
- Cancellation from April 2, 2026: the full amount remains due.
5. Practical information
- Dates: from June 2 to June 4, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Place : Rennes Exhibition Park, 2 La Haie Gautrais, 35170 Bruz.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant or visitor who harms the security or image of the Show.
6. Stands and fittings
The implementation plan is established by the Organizer according to:
- the reserved area,
- the order of arrival of registrations,
- the wishes expressed.
The spaces must be furnished by June 1, 2026, and occupied for the entire duration of the Show. In the event of absence, the Organizer reserves the right to reallocate the space without compensation.
Decorations and structures taller than 2.50 m must be approved 30 days before the event. Any entertainment, advertising, or distribution outside the booth is prohibited without written authorization.
7. Safety instructions
Exhibitors must comply with:
- the regulations applicable to trade fairs,
- the regulations of the Parc Expo,
- all safety instructions in force.
The products displayed must comply with French and European standards. The Client is responsible for its employees and subcontractors.
8. Dismantling and repair
Any item not removed by the Customer after dismantling will be removed at the Customer's expense.
9. Communication & animations
The content broadcast or used on the Trade Show Media is the sole responsibility of the Client. The Organizer may refuse or modify any content that is contrary to the image or interests of the Trade Show.
All materials (texts, logos, visuals) must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and deadlines. In the event of non-compliance, only the Client's name will be mentioned.
Photographs may be used for the Salon's communication. Any refusal must be notified in writing.
10. Liability and insurance
The Client guarantees:
- the rights to its contents,
- the legal conformity of the elements disseminated,
- the Organizer against any third-party claims.
The Organizer is not responsible for any reproduction errors or omissions. The Client is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or injury caused to third parties. The Client must take out insurance appropriate to their risks.
11. Limitation of liability
In any event, the Organizer's liability is limited to the amount of the reservation.
12. Modifications and cases of force majeure
The Organizer may modify at any time:
- the timetables,
- the locations,
- stand assignments.
In the event of force majeure canceling the Show, Customers will not be entitled to any compensation. Any remaining funds will be distributed pro rata to the amounts paid.
13. Personal data
The data is subject to a CNIL declaration. In accordance with the law, each Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
14. Disputes
Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the Commercial Court of Rennes.
